It causes so many serious health issues. Why would people ever think fat is unhealthy and sugar is an acceptable additive or main ingredient in almost every processed food? The people who believe this are simply pawns of the sugar industry’s lies which have been perpetrated for decades.
Healthy fats are GOOD for you, they keep you feeling satisfied. Sugars put your body’s cells on an inflammation rollercoaster!

You can eat healthy food and avoid eating junk and sugar that causes inflammation because inflammation is present in all chronic illness, so why invite it in your body at all?
